We didn't stay overnight but had a wedding dinner in Salon A, catered also by Poco Inn & Suites. Teresa looked after everything very professionally. The food was excellent! Everyone commented on it (and still do!). She also arranged the A/V system for us. And it was reasonably priced! For sure a great place for something like this.
We booked the hotel for a celebration of life and found the food to be excellent and Theresa to be exceptionally helpful helping us with the planning details and with tech support. The room was a perfect size for our gathering of 30 people. Highly recommend the hotel for events.
Josh was fantastic as in the middle of the night we were in need of eating utensils and he walked them over to us personally. I’m in customer service industry and Josh was excellent.
We stayed for one night and found that the room was clean and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although the hotel does lack in amenities. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay.
I did not stay at this hotel personally, but I got married close by and had wedding guests stay at this hotel. The team at this hotel, especially Teresa, were fantastic. Teresa was so friendly, kind, and helpful, making booking and coordination of transportation for guests a breeze! Teresa was very prompt in her responses and helped answer any and all questions I had leading up to our wedding. My guests also loved their stays at the hotel and dining experience at the restaurant. this is the best hotel+motel i have ever went to there staff is very kind and nice the food at breakfast i have ever had at a hotel+motel the front desk person was very nice i recomend to come here if you are a big traveler leave this do not lisen to the bad revews this hotel+motel is the best thank you for reading if you hade the time to because this is very big sorry if you couldent because it was to lonnnnnng
Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay. It’s clean, old decor but the staff is amazing and went above and beyond to help us. The bistro located next to the inn has phenomenal homemade food. This place is an absolute gem. It was our pleasure to stay and enjoy the city of Port Coquitlam. Teresa Maltese
We rented their meeting place. The place was good and clean. The front desk personnel and staff were nice and helpful for whatever we need. There is a restaurant beside the hotel serving delicious food as well. Tim Hortons and Wendy's also across the street. Overall this place was good Plenty of parking at front and back. Thank!
